The Business Journal is reporting that the Lawrence Group's City Foundry project at the old Federal Mogul foundry buildings on Forest Park Avenue just east of Vandeventer will now include more retail space!
Check out some pics - including the current state of construction and the full article below - but if you are not a St Louis Business Journal subscriber - the basic news is that additional parcels along Forest Park west of the main building have been added to the project and the Habitat for Humanity Building across Forest Park Avenue appears to have one large tenant checking it out... the Central West End Retail world is booming!
Prior scoop can be found here... CWE Living Also noted is that about 58% of the tenant spaces in the first phase of the Food Hall have been slotted --- the plan is to have the first phase open in 2018 - this is exciting news - bring it on!
