BJC WellAware, BJC’s fitness and rehabilitation center that is currently located nearby at 600 S. Taylor Ave., will relocate to the building and take 16,000 square feet. The gym does not cater only to BJC and associated groupst is open to the the neighborhood as well and the team running the facility are great!
