Check out the rendition of the proposed new building that would change the skyline of both the Central West End and St. Louis! The One Hundred is planned at 36 stories making it 385 feet tall - 75 feet taller than the Chase Park Plaza. The Studio Gang out of Chicago have designed a landmark building with retail on the ground floor and 305 apartments with 1/4 of them having outdoor terraces either overlooking Forest Park or Downtown and the Gateway Arch. This is big for St Louis and the Central West End!
