Tara and Michael Gallina are set to open Vicia in the 4260 Duncan / the new Tech Shop building. The 2,500-square-foot restaurant and bar is expected to seat 50 inside, with an additional 1,500 square feet for a planned outdoor dining space. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner with a vegetable-forward cuisine from local farmers.
