Could if be the WHOLE FOODS Effect? Signage is now up for the new building just south of Whole Foods across West Pine. The project is being called THE EUCLID and it is set to include Commercial & Retail Space + 72 Studio, 1 Bedroom, & 2 Bedroom Apts.
The southern leg of Euclid Avenue from West Pine to Forest Park Avenue has always been quieter and low-key compared to Euclid and Maryland... But with the new Whole Foods, The Shake Shack and 72 new residences coming - the area is starting to catch up!
